CBE community member room access

Coming Autumn 2024!

CBE rooms will be transitioning to the On Guard (Husky Card) access system. During Autumn Quarter the following rooms (TBD) will switch from key check out in the Office of the Dean (Gould 224 M – F 8:00am – 3:00 pm) to access with a valid Husky Card.

  • Architecture 110 and 140
  • Gould 100, 102, 110, 114, 142, 440 and 442

Doors are programmed to unlock on the following arranged schedule:

Architecture Hall

  • Architecture Exterior Doors M – Th 8:00 am – 7:30 pm; F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Architecture G042 MWF 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm
  • Architecture 110 and 140: M – Th 8:00 am – 6:30 pm; F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Architecture 250 is not locked but doors are heavy and can sometimes drag on the floor giving the appearance the doors are locked

Gould Hall

  • Gould Exterior Doors:
    • NE door 40th Ave NE and SE door (ADA) University Way NE M – Th 8:00 am – 6:30 pm; F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • All other doors M – F 8:00 am – 5:00
  • Gould 100, 102, 110, 114, 142, 440 and 442: M – Th 8:00 am – 6:30 pm; F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Gould 007 (Digital Commons) is unlocked Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  •  Gould 208J is unlocked Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This classroom is within a department suite so after hour reservations are restricted (suite door should not be unlocked after hours)
  • Gould 227 Dean’s Conference is key only. Check out key from Gould 224 (the Office of the Dean) Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. After hours key return can be slipped under the Gould 224 door.

Doors will remain locked for after-hour reservations. CBE faculty, staff and students have after-hours access with a valid Husky Card. This access is curated through Workday (faculty & staff) and adviser lists (students).
