We are proud to celebrate the Class of 2025—a remarkable group of architects, planners, designers, developers, and builders who have embodied care, collaboration, and responsibility. Together, they’ve shown what it means to be stewards of place, working toward a more just, sustainable, and resilient future.
During their time at CBE, these graduates have not only excelled academically—they’ve also made a lasting impact on our community. They’ve built strong relationships, questioned the status quo, and contributed to a culture of learning and respect that extends beyond the classroom.
Many took part in the college’s growing Mentorship Program, building connections across generations of CBE students and alumni and helping create a stronger, more inclusive sense of belonging. And two graduating students—Braedyn Reed and Lela Cooper—were named to the prestigious Husky 100, recognized by the University for their leadership, passion, and commitment to making a difference both on campus and in the world.
“This has been an extraordinary year, and I couldn’t be more proud of what you’ve accomplished,” said Interim Dean Ken Yocom. “You’ve approached your work with care and intention—and reminded us that our work is ultimately about people, places, and purpose. What I’ll remember most is how you’ve supported one another, embraced collaboration, and engaged the world with thoughtfulness and boldness.”
The Class of 2025 has deepened our understanding of how the built environment can support more equitable and livable communities. They’ve worked on projects at the intersection of design and justice, collaborated with local and Indigenous communities, and brought fresh thinking to critical challenges like climate resilience and housing equity.
“The Class of 2025 hasn’t just prepared for the future—they’ve helped shape it,” said Associate Dean of Students Christopher Campbell. “Watching these students grow into confident, capable leaders has been one of the greatest privileges of my role. They’ve shown a true commitment to using their skills to create a better, more connected world.”
To the Class of 2025: thank you for your creativity, leadership, and heart. You’ve strengthened the CBE community—and we can’t wait to see all the ways you’ll continue to lead and inspire.
