Dear CBE Community,
After adopting our strategic framework nearly two years ago in 2021, the beginning of the year offers us a great opportunity to reflect and celebrate on what we have accomplished so far and where we plan to go.
We set some overarching goals to build our reputation as a beacon of inter-and intra-disciplinary collaboration. To do this we embraced collaboration as a core curricular value with a goal of shaping all student experiences and professional practice. We activated partnerships, cultivated more welcoming experiences for students, and focused investments toward our primary goals while continuing to support less urgent but equally important work.
To learn more about our college’s efforts and outcomes towards these goals, please see the strategic plan implementation progress report. We plan to send periodic updates as strategic plan goal milestones are reached.
There are great things happening in our college and at UW and we appreciate your interest, support, and engagement! Wishing you a happy new year.
